Having recruited for specialist sales positions for over 10 years we have an ever-expanding database of sales professionals and if that comes up short then we have trained headhunters who can find the perfect person for your business.
REFERENCE CHECKING
We trust all our candidates to be upfront and truthful with their CVs but we always perform reference checks to ensure they haven't forgotten any important information that our clients deserve to know about.
SALES APTITUDE TESTING
We conduct sales aptitude testing on our candidates before submitting them to clients to ensure that they not only ‘talk the talk’ but also ‘walk the walk’. After all, we know if a salesperson isn’t making money, they’re costing money.
SCENARIO TESTING

FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWING
